The hotel has an old-fashioned charm with slightly dated rooms, and the service was mixed with some helpful staff but also some issues like double charging. The location is very convenient with lovely walks nearby, but it may feel a bit remote for longer stays and exploring other areas. The dining experience was pleasant with high-quality food, and the facilities were good overall.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms that could benefit from some refurbishment but are overall tidy. The service was attentive, with special accommodations available. The location is stunning, yet some maintenance is needed. The dining experience was top-notch with fresh and hot options, although some aspects could be improved. Staying at the hotel turned out great as we got a room at the back right near the disabled access, which was really convenient. The room was fantastic, and I couldn't find any faults with it. The service was exceptional, especially when they went above and beyond to accommodate my Son's additional needs. The location was perfect, perched above the river with a view of the waterfall and town. The dining experience was amazing, although a bit challenging to get tea or coffee. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were disappointingly small and overpriced, with outdated furniture and even blood stains in a drawer. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding of my son's additional needs. The location was beautiful, offering great views but a slight draft inside. The dining options were extensive but fell short with rubbery scrambled eggs. Overall, the hotel could use some updates and improvements.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The spa treatments, outdoor hot tub, and delicious 3-course meal made my stay unforgettable. The hotel and surroundings are simply gorgeous, offering a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere. The only downside was the breakfast room being overly warm until 4 pm.
Rooms

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the spa treatments provided a touch of luxury. The outdoor hot tub was a fantastic addition to unwind after a long day.
Service

The service was generally good, but the receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very helpful at times. However, the staff handling room service, car hire, housekeeping, and other amenities were friendly and accommodating.
Location

The location is great for tourists as it's only a short drive to popular attractions like the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. However, the shower curtain in one of the rooms was ineffective, causing water to drip onto the floor.

The dining experience was satisfactory, with a typical Irish breakfast offered. However, having breakfast delivered to the room was not my preference.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the service went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, the room was a big letdown with its small size, old furniture, and even blood stains. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but the dining experience, particularly the limited breakfast options, was a disappointment.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. It was small, had old and cheap furniture, and even had blood stains in one of the drawers. The double room I booked turned out to have a tiny single room with a 4-foot mattress crammed beside the door, killing any romantic ambiance.
Service
9.0
The staff at this hotel truly impressed me with their exceptional service. They were super helpful and went out of their way to ensure my two-night stay was brilliant. They even accommodated special dietary requests and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
Location

The hotel is ideally located overlooking the awesome falls, perfect for a leisurely stroll and admiring the view. It's also close to popular attractions like the Cliffs of Moher, making it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Dining

While the dining experience had its highlights, such as an excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of choices, it was overshadowed by the fact that key items like sausages were missing, which somewhat detracted from the overall dining experience.
Facilities

The hotel offers a range of facilities that cater to guests' needs, including room service, car hire, housekeeping, welcome drinks, and assistance with tours and tickets. These amenities enhance the overall stay at the hotel.
